jtag,下载过程卡死，求大神看下

设置都是按教程走的。一下载MDK就卡死。拔掉jtag  后恢复
拔掉后错误信息：

***jtag Error: Can not read register 15 (R15) while CPU is running
**jtag Warning: CPU could not be halted

***jtag Error: Can not read register 20 (CFBP) while CPU is running
**jtag Warning: CPU could not be halted
***jtag Error: Could not start CPU core. (ErrorCode: -1)

***jtag Error: Can not read register 15 (R15) while CPU is running
