Petillion Construct is looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join its engineering team in Belgium.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week

Salary:

€3,500–€5,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications

Work Schedule:

• 6 weeks working in Belgium

• 2 weeks leave (return to China possible)

• Return flight support may be provided depending on the final compensation package

Projects:

• Conveyor systems

• Steel structures

• Pipe galleries

• Recycling and waste processing equipment

• Bulk material handling systems

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D design and detailing of industrial equipment and steel structures

• Preparation of manufacturing, assembly, and production drawings

• Integration of designs into existing facilities using point cloud and 3D scan data

• Coordination with workshop, fabrication, and installation teams

• Preparation of BOMs and production documentation

• Communication with Chinese machine manufacturers and suppliers regarding technical specifications, design details, fabrication requirements, and project execution

• Continuous improvement and optimization of existing designs

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with PTC Creo Direct Modeling

• Creo Parametric experience alone is NOT sufficient

• Strong background in mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, steel structures, or bulk material handling systems

• Good English communication skills (mandatory)

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for technical decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with point clouds and Navisworks

• Experience in conveyors, recycling equipment, bulk handling, mining, aggregates, cement, or industrial processing equipment

• Ability to issue VAT invoices is a plus
